BRIGHTON RENOVATIONS:

This home is a large free standing brick Californian Bungalow. In its current form it is in need of extensive works in terms of updating the interior as well as the essentials such as wiring. Whilst much of the house needs work it has a solid foundation. Nicholas Hardy Architects have designed a state of the art house using the foundations of the original house and thus saving costs whilst essentially having a new house. The owner wants space, storage, light and plenty of room for a growing active family.
At the same time as using modern and beautiful fittings and finishes.

REDESDALE:

This new build at Redesdale has a living area of 340m2 (37 squares), it is a single storey residence we had designed by Brad Hooper Architects. It is designed to maximise the stunning vista of the surrounding vineyard, whilst having multiple private outdoor spaces and large indoor communal spaces.

This is a compact inner city site. The challenge was to build 2 residences, both retaining light and space, with parking. The design includes a basement carpark, lift, ground floor apartment and upper floor apartment with roof top study and terrace.

New house build in beach side Beaumaris. Consisting of a single storey new home wrapped around a north facing alfresco outdoor entertaining area
