We are experienced in dealing with areas of Heritage Overlay and use town planners to expedite and streamline the planning and permit stages.

We can advise on the use of innovative materials, for example cladding and roofing.

We can advise on using ‘Green’ materials and processes, and obtaining the best energy rating possible for your new home.

We use the skills of interior designer and colour expert Electra Corley of Renaissance Interiors of Brighton to liaise directly with clients on interior and exterior paint, tiles, carpets and cabinetry.

We can complete landscaping and build decking to finish the project.
